If it is necessary to carry out work outside the standard responsibilities it will involve additional fees. Accordingly Chawla & Co Ltd (http://www.chawlaandco.com) would like to point out that it is in your interests to ascertain that your records, etc. are completed to the agreed stage.
Unless discussed in prior with Chawla & Co Ltd (http://www.chawlaandco.com) as to the payment details and at the same time agreed fully with the same, Invoices are payable in full before a report is signed and/or the financial statements are made available for filing.
With the exception to payments covered by standing orders or prior discussion and agreement with Chawla & Co Ltd (http://www.chawlaandco.com) about the terms relating to payment of amount invoiced, the payment terms of Chawla & Co Ltd (http://www.chawlaandco.com) are strictly 30 days or it shall seek Legal action on overdue/non-payment of the amount invoiced.
